Welcome to Net Smart Control Pro ("the App"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Net Smart Control Pro provides VPN-based network control, device management, and parental control features for Android devices.

2. Account and Device Registration

• You must register your device to use the App's features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
• One installation ID per device. Multiple registrations may result in account suspension.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 30-day trial with full features. One trial per device.
• Pro/Premium/Business: Paid plans with varying features and device limits.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or tamper with the App.
• Share your license key with unauthorized users.
• Use the parental control features to monitor adults without their consent.

5. Parental Controls

• Parental control features are intended for parents/guardians to manage their minor children's devices.
• Parents are responsible for informing their children about monitoring.
• We are not liable for how parental control data is used within family groups.

6. VPN Service

• The VPN service routes traffic through our secure servers for network control purposes.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted VPN service.
• We do not log browsing activity or content of traffic.

7. License Keys

• License keys are non-transferable and tied to a single device.
• Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke keys for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
