How to delete your account

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when asked. The request is processed immediately.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in sessions are revoked on every device.
• Your active subscriptions on our servers are cancelled.
• Your devices are detached from the account and family groups you own are deactivated.
• Your personal data is erased: name, email address, phone number, password and linked sign-in identity.

What is kept

Payment and security audit records are kept in an anonymised form, with no link to your name, email or phone number, because we must be able to account for past transactions.

Store subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account subscription settings to stop billing.
